From Our Fans
The band has been reconnecting with our
fans after all of these years. Here are a few samples of what they are
saying.
Hey, old friends!
Everyone looks so good! Love this website! Wishing you the best.

I proudly wear my Gringo's T-Shirt to this
very day, although it is getting quite worn. We remember the Cape
Cod reunion at Christine's Along with the Tivoli and other Cape
venues. We have your records and memorabilia. Much to our
shock when ordering an alarm for our home, Ty showed up several years ago,
we had a great time talking about the past. Our second home is on
Cape Cod. We only wish we could go back in time and once again be
Gringo-Groupies!!!

Hi, We just saw your notice in the Cape Cod
Times, and thought you might like to know that we 1st saw you at
"Room 213, across from the harbor, in Hyannis , Ma. We had just
met, got to see you many times as we dated, got married, & are still
together 30 years later. We spent our dates listening & dancing
to the Gringos, and another group popular at the same time here on the
cape, called Freestyle. Maybe you had heard of them, as they were about
your biggest competition at that time. Just thought you might be
interested to hear that 2 of your fans still remember what great times we
had dancing to your music!
Sincerely,
Merle & David Moore |
Hello!
I saw your ad in Sunday's Cape Cod Times, and just had to mention it to my
sister, who is a big fan of the Gringos!
She and her ex-husband (Donna & Dennis) would often go hear you in
concert on the Cape back in the 70's. She did communicate with you
awhile back and ordered some CD's. (Her web-TV is not working now,
and she does not have access to a computer.)
Are there any plans for a reunion down here?? Please let me know so I can
spread the word. thanks!
